Returns

Eligibility: To request a return or revision, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your final design. 
Condition: Returned design files must be unused commercially and unaltered. 
Non-returnable items: Custom designs, personalized products, and digital downloads are non-returnable unless they are defective or significantly deviate from the agreed-upon specifications. 

Refunds

Process: Upon receiving your return request, we’ll review it promptly and update you on the refund status. 
Approval: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. 

Revisions and Exchanges

Revisions: We offer up to two complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure the design matches your needs. Additional revisions are available at an extra cost. 
Defective or incorrect designs: If there’s an error or defect in the design you receive, please reach out immediately for a revision or exchange at no additional cost. 

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are subject to availability. If we cannot meet priority turnaround due to high demand, we will notify you immediately to discuss alternative solutions or refund the priority fee. 

Delivery

Digital delivery: All our services are digitally delivered, so there are no shipping costs. 
Exceptions: If you receive a defective or incorrect design due to an error on our part, we will cover any additional costs related to resolving the issue.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Richie Graphics, we prioritize flexibility and transparency. We want you to feel confident in managing your subscription with us.

 

Please review our cancellation policy, which has been designed with your convenience in mind. 

 

1. Freedom to Cancel Anytime 

We understand that business needs change. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, without penalties or long-term commitments. 

 

2. How to Cancel

Canceling your subscription is simple: 

  • Via Email: Send your cancellation request to [Your Business Email], including your full name, subscription plan, and the reason for cancellation (optional). 
  • Through Your Account Dashboard: If applicable, you can cancel directly from your online dashboard by following the instructions under the 'Manage Subscription' tab.

3. Notice Period 

  • Submit cancellation requests at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period. 
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your next billing date, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be processed. 

4. Flexible Refund Policy 

  • Prorated Refunds for Early Cancellations: If you cancel within the first 5 days of a new billing cycle, you may qualify for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. 
  • Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made before cancellation outside this prorated window are non-refundable, but subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • Exceptions: Refunds for billing errors or technical issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. 

5. Reminder Before Renewal 

  • To ensure complete transparency, you will receive a reminder email 3-5 days before your subscription renews
  • This email will include details about your current subscription plan, the upcoming billing amount, and instructions for managing your subscription if needed. 

6. Confirmation of Cancellation

  • The email will include the cancellation date, any final details, and the duration of any remaining benefits. Please keep this email for your records.

7. Cancellation Feedback Survey
